Enrolment Conditions

Confirmation of enrolment in the course

Confirmation of your Enrolment request in the selected course by the Naklo Biotechnical Centre means reservation in the course you’ve chose and we will hold a place for you in the selected course.

You will receive confirmation that you are enrolled in the course at the e-mail address you entered when filling in the Registration form. If you do not receive confirmation of your Enrolment request, it means that you are not enrolled in the selected course.

Please check the confirmation mail of enrolment in the course.

Confirmation of enrolment in a course does not automatically confirm that the selected course will take place.

Course confirmation

A course is only confirmed when a sufficient number of candidates have enrolled. You will receive a Course Confirmation from the Naklo Biotechnical Centre to the e-mail address you entered when filling in the Registration Form.

Course payment

Payment must be made by bank transfer to the current account of the Biotehniški center Naklo. Information about payment and conditions will be sent to you together with the course confirmation.

The full amount must be paid within 15 days of confirmation that the course will take place. In case of late enrolment, the full amount must be paid immediately.

Course cancellation

Cancellations must be made and communicated by email.

If you are forced to cancel your participation in a course due to unforeseen problems, you may first consider the following options:


Privacy Policy

We try to collect only the minimum information necessary to complete our service for you. In some cases, we may collect more information based on your requests.

In order to provide our services to you, we often collect personal data. Personal data will only be used for administrative tasks related to enrolment and completion of our services, such as certification on successful completion of a course.

Personal data is information that identifies you as an individual, for example your first name, last name, contact details such as email address and telephone number, the level of teaching in your organisation for the purpose of didactic preparation of courses.

In certain circumstances, we may ask you for a valid form of identification, to process registration or based on legal obligations, which we will only collect with your consent.
