Template for formatting 

The abstract should be no more than 1,000 characters or 15 lines. The title and abstract of the paper should be written in English. Slovenian authors should submit the title and abstract in both English and Slovenian. The conference proceedings of the abstracts will be published in printed form. Authors of the most outstanding papers will be invited to publish their full papers in the professional journal Moje podeželjaje.

The formatting of the paper should follow the formatting template and be submitted to by August 30, 2024.

The length of the paper is 15,000 characters (including spaces) or eight pages.

Abstracts and papers will be accepted for the peer review process, after which authors will be informed of comments. Papers will be published in English or Slovenian in electronic format. A declaration of authorship (signed by all authors if there are several authors) will be required at the time of submission. Without payment of the registration fee, the paper will not be published in the Proceedings, and a certificate will be obtained only for the presentation made. The certificates will contain the information you provide in your e-application. You can submit up to a maximum of two papers as the main author. 


Article review

Abstracts and papers will be accepted for peer review, after which the authors will be informed of the comments. 

Presentation of the paper

Authors will prepare PPT presentations (text on transparencies) in Slovenian or English.

After the conference, the abstracts and papers will be published in an e-proceedings, which will be made publicly available on the Vivus website.
